Ellen Day lives in Greensboro, NC with Jerry, her husband of 48 years.
They have one son and a daughter-in-love who have blessed them with 2 grandchildren.
Ellen has served as Substitute Teaching Leader for Bible Study Fellowship in Myrtle Beach, SC and on staff at Ocean View Baptist in Myrtle Beach as Lay Ministry Director. She has taught Sunday school and Bible Studies and has served as Prayer Coordinator in her church. Ellen serves on the Prayer Team for Beautiful Life, on the Prayer Team for Embrace Women’s Ministries of NC and through the North American Mission Board she serves through Mission Service Corp as the National Prayer Coordinator for Church Renewal Journey and as their Administrative Assistant, Ladies Speaker, and Team Member.
She serves as the Prayer Coordinator for Belief Journey’s Women’s Prayer Community.
Ellen is and continues to be “A Child of the King and Disciple of Jesus Christ. Her passion is to live for and share Jesus Christ no matter the place she lives or worships or serves—to live an obedient life of faith no matter the circumstances always thankful and in prayer. It is her desire to share openly from her life and experiences what the Lord has done, is doing and what she knows He will do in the future.
Her passion is to encourage prayer at all times not just when a need arises.
To always pray for Kingdom purposes to bring about spiritual growth and greater faith in Jesus Christ. To “Stay Praying” is the call on her life.
