Analyzing thought structure – aka “structuring”– is a study tool that helps you see the logical flow of thought in any passage, chapter or book.

It is based on the 5 W &H questions. It allows you to see the main thoughts and the supporting or explaining thoughts and how they are arranged by the author. The main benefit is that you are able to clearly see the main ideas that the author is trying to communicate, and how they are explained without getting bogged down or missing the main points.

In this series, we will structure a few passages of the Bible together so you can see the value of this tool in understanding the Scriptures.
